深烘焙咖啡,可泡出沒有過度焦苦味道、濃淡適中的咖啡

Using Medium Dark Roast Coffee, will make proper extraction with bold and smooth coffee 

中度烘焙咖啡,可以泡出溫潤順口,帶有焦糖甜味的咖啡

Using Medium Roast Coffee, will make mellow and sweet caramel taste coffee.

中淺烘焙咖啡,可以泡出水果花茶般,清淡微酸的咖啡

Using Medium Light Roast Coffee, will make fruity and floral taste coffee.

 

期望沖泡結果:(咖啡磨粗一些、沖泡時間長一些)

Expect Brewing: (Coarser grind size and longer brew time)

 

準備材料:

  • 法式壓縮壺 400 ml (咖啡與水的比例是1:20)
  • 咖啡粉末 20 g (7-9 粗細1最細 10最粗)
  • 開水 400ml (195-205F, 211F是沸點)
  • 攪拌工具
  • 計時器

 步驟:

  1. 燒開水到195-205F
  2. 將咖啡粉末放入壺內
  3. 開始倒數計時 7-9分鐘(依照個人口感調整)同時將燒好的開水倒入法式壓縮壺內,約3/4水量時,攪拌一下,再倒入1/4水接近滿壺,蓋上壓縮蓋接觸水面即停止
  4. 待倒數時間結束,慢慢下壓到底部咖啡粉末處,可以倒出咖啡享用

 

Tools and materials:

  • 400 ml French Press Pot  (Coffee and water ratio is 1:20)
  • Coffee grounds 20 g (Grind size 7-9, 1 The finer, 10 the coarser)
  • Boil water 400ml (195-205F, Boiling point 211F) 
  • Spoon or tool for stirring. 
  • Timer

Steps: 

  1. Broil water to 195-205F
  2. Put coffee grounds into pot. 
  3. Start the timer 7-9 minutes(adjust by preference)pour hot water into pot to reach 3/4 of 400ml , Stir a bit then pour the rest of 1/4 of water. Close the cap but 
  4. When time is up, press the plunger to reach the bottom. Then serve the coffee.
